The fire sprinkler scope of work consists of protection a three level multi-family dwelling with a NFPA 13R system

(RIVERWALK CONDOS)(BOWN CROSSING) Plan modification; change to drainage only **ajs** 11-20-15 Permit for 10 Unit Apartment complex and associated carport with surface parking on existing parking area. The NFPA 13-R fire sprinkler system is used for occupancy. To construct a 10,000 square foot three story apartment building (5,338 sq. ft. 1st story, 5,338 sq. ft. 2nd story, 1,058 sq. ft. 3rd story, the 3rd story is only available through 3 of the 2nd floor units.). All ground floor units are required to comply as Type B dwelling units. No elevator is provided in this building. Work is to include concrete footings, concrete foundations, concrete slabs on grade, wood stud bearing walls, wood stud shear walls, fiberglass shingles, fiber-cement board siding, manufactured stone veneer, 1-hr dwelling unit separations, .75 hr (45 min) minimum fire-resistance-rated doors into the atrium with 20 minute smoke- and draft-control doors, interior nonbearing walls, millwork, and finishes. The roof truss design is a deferred submittal item. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13-R and the fire alarm system is required to comply with NFPA 72 as regulated by the Fire Department. Separate fire sprinkler permits and fire alarm permits shall be obtained prior to beginning any modification or installation work on such systems. **ajs**
