The fire sprinkler scope of work consists of tenant finish out of the second floor. The existing system is a tree type layout with 4” mains and 1¼” lines
The underground piping is under permit FIR14-00363
(30TH + MAIN - 2ND FLOOR OFFICE T.I.) New 11,136 sq. ft. office tenant on second floor in vacant shell space of existing building per approved plans. Scope also includes modifying the existing parking lot to provide additional parking spaces. Work to include installation of interior nonbearing partition walls and associated electrical plumbing and mechanical work per the approved plans. This is a fully fire sprinklered building for area increase. Any alterations to the sprinkler system will require a separate permit and shall comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the fire department.
