Contractor’s Note:
The building permit has not been issued at this time. The building department may determine that changes are required to the building plans in order to meet code. The changes may affect the sprinkler system. The sprinkler contractor will be obligated to make all necessary changes that may be required. Therefore, if the sprinkler contractor chooses to proceed without an issued building permit, they will do so on their own cognizance. This note does not constitute an early start agreement.

(Idaho Fitness Factory)Scope of work includes minor demolition of existing interior partition walls and construction of new partition walls in an existing 7,754 sf tenant space. The previous tenant was also a gym, and will include new mens/womens locker room attached to the existing restrooms.
