OB-GYN medical office. Approval contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include removal of select nonbearing walls, casework, doors, the construction of select nonbearing walls to create 4 offices, an exam room, a new reception area, and a temporary reception area while in construction phase of the new reception area, relocation of light fixtures, new mechanical ductwork modify electrical, plumbing, and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2012 IBC.
