INSTALL NEW UPRIGHT AND PENDENT HEADS TO THE NEW WALL AND CEILING LAYOUT.

(ASPEN LEAF YOGURT) Permit for new assembly restaurant tenant within a 1,206 sq. ft. area of vacant shell tenant space within an existing 4,893 sq. ft. building (Shell and core under BLD15-01965). Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: removal of select interior nonbearing walls, removal of double exterior door and convert to a single exterior door, construction of new select interior nonbearing walls to create and include a kitchen/prep area, two ADA accessible restrooms, hallway and a customer area, new millwork, new suspended ceiling, new hard lid ceiling, new lighting fixtures, electrical/mechanical/plumbing work and interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2012 IBC. This building is fully fire sprinklered any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
