Add, plug and relocate sprinklers to accommodate new wall and ceiling configuration.

(TORRID– BTS SPACE # 2147) Early start/partial permit for a 3,564 sq. ft. tenant space with work to include mechanical and electrical up to framing stage while the tenant improvement plans are being reviewed. Any work found to be not in compliance with the code will be required to be corrected prior to any further work. This is a fully fire sprinklered building. Any alterations to the sprinkler system willl require a separate permit and shall comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the fire department. CDM
