The underground piping near the United Water connection has been lowered. Piping can be covered up to the new thrust blocks which have not been poured or inspected yet. That portion is scheduled for monday. Received letter from Shilo taking responcibility for underground which was partially installed by a United Water contractor.

Todays inspection was for the east building. Almost all of the underground supply piping has been installed/covered by a contractor that is not Shilo. The portion of previously buried piping that is uncovered measured only 3'-6" below grade. The portion that Shilo has installed is buried at the correct depth. The previously installed piping needs to be dug up and re-installed at a minimum 4'-6" bury depth as per Ordinance and plans. No piping is to be covered at this time.
