The fire sprinkler scope of work consists of a new NFPA 13 OH 2 system for a new refrigeration plant. The system is a new 3” side feed layout with 3 riser and wall piv. The backflow preventer is located within a vault in the underground.

The underground piping was under permit FIR15-00828

DARIGOLD - ENGINE ROOM) High efficiency HVAC is used for the additional energy package. Special inspection required per attached 310 form. A new engine room separate from the plant will be provided along with refrigeration upgrades which will change refrigeration from ammonia to glycol. Foundation for this building has been issued under BLD15-03008. Scope of work to inlcude site work, foundation, walls, roof structure, mechanical, electrical and plumbing. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **ajs**
