Work to include adding 2 new sprinklers and relocating two existing sprinklers on the existing system in the office space.

(WINCO FOODS) Permit for minor tenant improvements to an existing 70,030 sq. ft. building with work to include the construction of interior nonbearing partiton walls to create additional office space, patch and repair work and installation of related interior finishes per the approved plans. This is a fully fire sprinklered building for area increase. Any alterations to the sprinkler system will require a separate permit and shall comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the fire department. A certificate of completion is to be issued upon completion and approval of this project. There is no change in occupant load under this permit. CDM
