(ALL VALLEY FIRE INSPECTION AND SERVICES INC.)(WAREHOUSE)(SUITE 103) This permit is to finish the interior of a warehouse space to be used as an extension of an existing building as described in letter submitted by owner on 2/1/16. Scope of work to include new ceiling grid, 1 new ADA restroom, 1 new ADA shower room, 1 new Hi/Low drinking fountain, interior partition walls to create office and structural details and calculations for a 750 sq ft mezzanine. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. Racking that exceeds 8 ft in height will require a separate building permit. **ajs**
