Original building constructed under BLD14-01651. Scope of work to include 2 new ADA compliant restrooms, ADA compliant drinking fountain, non bearing partition walls to create office, lobby and mechanical room. The area above the office is not designed for any storage. Plumbing, mechanical and electrical permits are required. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **ajs**
