The fire sprinkler scope of work consists of the 7th Floor server room double interlock preaction system.

(CLEARWATER ANALYTICS – CITY CENTER PLAZA – 5TH, 6TH, 7TH, 8TH, AND 9TH STORIES) (1-14-16 PLAN MODIFICATION TO CREATE A 1,030 SQUARE FOOT BIKE STORAGE ROOM ON THE 1ST STORY, SCALE BACK PREVIOUSLY PROPOSED WORK ON THE 5TH STORY, AND TO ESTABLISH OCCUPANCY FOR THE 10TH STORY THAT WAS COMPLETED UNDER A PLAN MOD TO THE SHELL AND CORE PERMIT.) The fire sprinkler system is used for occupancy and to comply with the high-rise requirements of the building code. 5th story: To construct a 1,999 square foot office tenant space and to create 7 shower rooms, four of which are required to be accessible to the disabled. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, interior doors, interior windows, millwork, and finishes. 6th story: To construct a 23,175 square foot whole story office tenant space. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, interior doors, interior windows, millwork, and finishes. 7th story: To construct a 23,176 square foot whole story office tenant space. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, interior doors, a server room, interior windows, millwork, and finishes. A cooling system will be installed to serve the data center (server room) located on the 7th story. No element of the structure is allowed to be over stressed by the weight of the new equipment. 8th story: To construct a 22,606 square foot whole story office and assembly tenant space. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, interior doors, interior windows, millwork, and finishes. There is a 1,704 square foot conference room, an 892 square foot break room, a 2,050 square foot terrace, and a 475 square foot terrace on this level. The rest of the 8th story is small conference rooms and office areas. An open interior stairway having no enclosed usable space below it will be constructed between the 8th and 9th stories. Special Inspection is required for welding. 9th story: To construct a 20,022 square foot whole story office and assembly tenant space. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, interior doors, interior windows, millwork, and finishes. There is a 2,687 square foot gym on this story. 10th story: To establish occupancy for the 10th story that was completed under a plan mod to the shell and core permit. The total floor area is about 1,429 square feet and the total occupant load is 30 (8 office inside and 22 assembly on the terrace). The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 and the fire alarm system is required to comply with NFPA 72 as regulated by the Fire Department. Separate fire sprinkler permits and fire alarm permits shall be obtained prior to beginning any modification or installation work on such systems. **CJW**
