The fire sprinkler scope of work consists of add, plug and relocate sprinklers to accommodate new wall and ceiling configuration.;

Scope of work to include increase in square footage of basement storage area into existing crawlspace, new elevator, opening in floor diaphragm, exit enclosure out of basement, new floor plan layout on main level and modifications to existing building façade including new finishes, paint and covering on existing awning. Work will include plumbing, mechanical and electrical requiring permits. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **ajs**
