The fire sprinkler scope of work consists of adding, plugging and relocating sprinklers to accommodate new wall and ceiling configuration.

(TOKYO ELECTRONICS) Permit for first time tenant improvements to an existing 4,957 sq. ft. tenant space on the second story of an existing 26,000 sq. ft. building with work to include the construction of new interior nonbearing partition walls to create new offices, conference rooms a workout room and restroom/shower rooms per the approved plans. This building is fully fire sprinklered for story increase. Any alterations to the sprinkler system will require a separate permit and shall comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the fire department. Female restroom approved for cover, notated with red in on city approved plans heads that are okay to cover. First head in mens restroom not approved for cover, mens restroom sprinkler head scales at 9 foot off of wall on city approved drawings, sprinkler head is installed 10ft 5in off of wall, head needs to be relocated. 4X8 foot sheet of plywood is attached to ceiling joists above mens restroom, no upright protection for that area, combustible material needs to either be fire rated/treated, removed or upright protection installed for combustible material.
