Addition of 209sqft boiler room. Existing building is sprinkled; this application includes installing two sprinklers supplied by 1-1/2" pipe connected to 2" line inside building.

(SOCKEYE BREWERY BOILER ROOM – FOUNDATION AND SLAB ON GRADE) The fire sprinkler system is used for building area increase and for fire area. To construct the foundation and interior slab on grade for a 206 square foot building addition at the Northwest corner of an existing 15,050 square foot building to function as a boiler room. Work is to include reinforced concrete footings, reinforced concrete foundations, and a concrete slab on grade. The boiler room addition will not be conditioned. A separate plumbing permit is required for under-slab plumbing. The rest of the proposed work will be done under permit BLD15-04391. CJW
