INSTALL NEW MECHANICAL TEES, ARMOVERS AND SPRINKLER HEADS THROUGHOUT THE TI SPACE PER NFPA 13 2013 FOR LIGHT AND ORDINARY HAZARD. EXISTING SPACE WAS ORIGINALLY DESIGNED FOR STORAGE CRITERIA. NEW SHOWROOM IS ORDINARY HAZARD WITH 130 SQ FT SPACING.

(UNIVERSAL FASTENERS)** Permit to combine an existing 4,958 sq. ft. tenant space with an existing 938 sq. ft. adjacent tenant space and create a 5,896 sq. ft. office/warehouse space. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: removal of select interior nonbearing walls, new select interior window openings within existing walls, adding a new mop sink and 36” high 1 ½” diameter pipe in the stock room for clear accessible route to restroom. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered for allowable area increase with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
