The fire sprinkler scope of work consists of arming sprinkler over for a new tenant improvement. Adding, plugging and relocating sprinklers to accommodate new wall and ceiling configuration.

Permit for new 7,740 sq. ft. assembly tenant space within an existing building. Vacant tenant Space created when Rite-Aid space downsized under permit BLD15-01397. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: removal of select existing double door at the interior rear of the tenant space, removal of select wall for new rear interior opening, removal of select exterior portion of wall for new opening, construction of select interior nonbearing walls to create (3) offices, a reception/lobby, (2) mat areas, a storage room, a janitor’s closet, (2) ADA compliant restrooms, (2) locker rooms, a hallway and a rear corridor, new millwork, adding new light fixtures, electrical work, plumbing work, mechanical work and interior finishes to be in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2012 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
