(HAYDEN BEVERAAGE) Phase 3 of 3. Permit for tenant improvements to 27,243 sq. ft. two story portion of an existing 175,990 sq. ft. building with work to include the removal of interior nonbearing partition walls, constuction of new interior nonbearing partition walls to create new office and conference room areas and the installation of related interior finishes per the approved plans and any notations. This is a fully fire sprinklered building for unlimited area. Any alterations to the sprinkler system will require a separate permit and shall comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the fire department. The building currently has 4,449 sq. ft. of assembly (2,629 training room and 1,800 break room) area on the first story as an accessory occupancy. CDM
