The fire sprinkler scope of work consists of adding, plugging and relocating sprinklers to accommodate new wall and ceiling configuration.

(PIONEER TITLE CO. – 1st Floor Suite 100) This building is fully fire sprinklered for 1-hr. substitution. Permit is to remodel an existing 5,326 sq. ft. tenant space by dividing it into two separate tenant spaces, this tenant space is to be 3,894 sq. ft. and the remaining 1,432 sq. ft. is to be an unoccupied tenant space created under BLD16-01255. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: removal of select interior nonbearing walls, removal of select millwork, construction of select nonbearing wall to demise tenant spaces and create a work room, a hallway, a storage room, (5) work stations with half walls, select wall infill, select new millwork, select new lowered gypsum ceiling, new and relocated light fixtures, some electrical work, new sink at coffee bar, some plumbing work and interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2012 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
