REPLACE AND RELOCATE 2 EXISTING STANDARD RESPONSE SPRINKLER HEADS TO THE NEW WALL AND CEILING LOCATIONS WITH 2 NEW QUICK RESPONSE SPRINKLER HEADS.

**(AT SOLUTIONS – 2nd Floor Suite 202)** Permit is to remodel an existing 13,550 sq. ft. tenant space by dividing it into two separate tenant spaces with a common area. This existing reduced occupied tenant space is 6,894 sq. ft., the new vacant tenant space is to be 5,142 sq. ft. created under BLD16-01041 and the remaining 1,514 sq. ft. is to be a common area. Approval contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: installation of select interior nonbearing demising wall from floor to roof deck to separate tenant spaces, construction of select interior nonbearing wall to create a server room, relocate light fixtures, some electrical work, some mechanical work and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2012 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
