(WOLFE RESIDENTAL CARE HOME) Permit for interior renovations to an existing resdential care facility which provides custodial care with work to include the removal of an existing restroom area in one of the bedroom areas and the construction of a new wall to create a new office in an existing widened hallway area. None of the existing sleeping room walls are being modified under this permit. This building is fully fire sprinklered with a NFPA13D system As required by the State of Idaho at the time the facillity was approved.. Any modifications to the sprinkler system will require a separate permit. CDM
