(GOLDEN EAGLE BUILDING - FORREST RIVER VIII – RESTROOM/LOBBY REMODEL) Permit is to remodel the main floor lobby area and the core restrooms on all three stories within the 42,673 sq. ft. existing three story building. This permit is approved contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: @ 1st floor new ADA Hi/Lo accessible drinking fountain, modify toilet compartments to add an ADA wheelchair accessible water closet, modify millwork, new wall covering at lobby, electrical work, plumbing work; @ 2nd floor new ADA Hi/Lo accessible drinking fountain, modify door swing at ADA wheelchair accessible water closet, electrical work, plumbing work; @ 3rd floor new ADA Hi/Lo accessible drinking fountain, modify toilet compartments to add an ADA wheelchair accessible water closet, modify millwork, electrical work, plumbing work. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
