Add, plug and relocate sprinklers to accommodate new wall and ceiling configuration.

BLD15-04281 - The fire sprinkler system is used for building area increase and for fire area. To convert and existing 4,489 square foot tenant space located in the West end of a 19,300 square foot building to a brewery and tasting room. Work is to include 2 restrooms accessible to the disabled, interior nonbearing walls, a 242 square foot cooler, tanks, interior doors, interior windows, millwork, and finishes. The 242 square foot mezzanine located above the cooler will be used for storage and will be served by a stairway. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. All equipment shall be listed and labeled per the adopted Electrical Code with approval from the PDS Electrical Inspection Section. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the Fire Department. A separate fire sprinkler permit shall be obtained prior to beginning any modification or installation work on such system. **CJW**
