Install a 2" underground line to supply the new 13R Fire Sprinkler system. This permit is only for the 2" UG line only.

[BLD16-00731] - Permit to construct a 9,472 square foot 9-plex apartment building. This building is fire sprinklered for R-occupancy requirements. All units are multi-story and require no form of accessible units (Required accessible “Type A” unit located in Bldg. # 3 – BLD16-00733). Scope of work includes: construction of poured concrete foundation, construction of wood framed exterior walls, construction of pre-engineered wood roof truss system, [construction of interior nonbearing walls to create: two bedrooms and two & ½ baths in each unit], new electrical, new plumbing, new mechanical, new interior / exterior finishes, new accessible entrance doors / hardware, and related site work.
