RELOCATE 15 SSP SPRINKLERS AND ARM OVERS THROUGHOUT THE NEW TENANT SPACE PER NFPA 13 2013 FOR LIGHT HAZARD.


[BLD16-01644] - The fire sprinkler system is used for area, story, and height increases. To remodel an existing 1,595 square foot shell space for a new office tenant. This space is located near the center of the North edge of the 2nd story of the Owyhee Place historic building. The shell and core upgrade work was done under permit BLD13-00938. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, interior doors, door sidelights, suspended acoustical ceilings, and finishes. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 (including quick-response heads where not provided) and the fire alarm system is required to comply with NFPA 72 as regulated by the Fire Department. Separate fire sprinkler permits and fire alarm permits shall be obtained prior to beginning any modification or installation work on such systems. **CJW**
