[BLD16-00920] - This building is fire spinklered for area increase. Permit to remodel 320 sq. ft. within an existing 1,643 sq. ft. storage mezzanine at the northwest corner within the existing Building. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include construction of select interior nonbearing walls to create (3) offices, some electrical work and interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2012 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
