The fire sprinkler scope of work consists of new double interlock preaction system and the removal of FM-200 system. In addition, extend existing wet system into new open office area.

[BLD16-01919] - Permit is to remodel an existing 1,386 sq. ft. existing space within the first floor of an existing building. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: removal of select interior nonbearing walls, construction of select interior nonbearing walls and select wall infill, electrical work, plumbing work, mechanical work and interior finishes to be in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2012 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
