Owner is installing a new wall that separates one hallway into two. Demo 1 sprinkler head and replace it with a new head in a new location 1 ft east. Both hallways will then be protected per NFPA 13 Light hazard requirements.

[BLD16-02446] - Permit for minor tenant improvements to an existing 6,553 sq. ft. tenant space previously occupied by the EPA (BLD1054098, Fiche 970698) with work to include the removal of approximately 30 lineal feet of interior nonbearing partition wall to create a 500 sq. ft. conference room and small break room per the approved plans. This is a fully fire sprinklered building for area increase. Any alterations to the sprinkler system will require a separate permit and shall comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the fire department. Rough to cover passed on the one head in the scope of work but I found another overspaced head outside of the scope of work and per Rick and my conversation I will leave this permit open and let him finish this work prior to a final.
