[BLD16-00129] - Permit to remodel 2,736 sq. ft. on the first floor within a 4,473 sq. ft. business tenant space. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: removal of select interior nonbearing walls, removal of (5) sinks at existing offices, construction of select interior nonbearing walls to create a conference room, enlarging restroom #2 and making ADA accessible, adding grab bars to restroom #1, new select acoustic ceiling, relocating the water heater from restroom #2, electrical work, plumbing work and interior finishes to be in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2012 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
