The fire sprinkler scope of work consists of adding, plugging and relocating sprinklers to accommodate new wall and ceiling configuration.

[BLD16-01929] - The fire sprinkler system is used for building area and story increase. Permit to build-out and finish a 4,180 sq. ft. portion of the existing 22,000 sq. ft. 2nd floor for use as a medical office space per approved plans. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: construction of interior nonbearing walls to create (5) offices, a break room, (2) ADA accessible restrooms, (8) exam rooms, intake area, consult room, waiting area, reception area, coding area, tem areas, a lab room, soil room, utility room, hallways and an electric room, millwork, new suspended acoustic ceilings, new light fixtures, electrical work, mechanical work plumbing work and interior finishes to be in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2012 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
