The fire sprinkler scope of work consists of new 6” x 231’ C-900 underground piping with necessary fittings and thrust blocks. A 4” riser with backflow preventer to 4” mains and 1 ½” center fed branch lines. The system is protected per NFPA 13 for OH 2 with above and below protection.

[BLD16-01452] - Permit to construct a 5,100 SF bakery/cafe with a drive-thru along Franklin Road and associated site work. Reduced interior lighting power is the additional efficiency package. Scope of work to include demolition of existing building, foundation, exterior walls, roof structure, interior finish, exterior canopies/awnings, plumbing, mechanical and electrical work as shown on approved drawings. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **ajs**
