The fire sprinkler scope of work consists of adding, plugging and relocating sprinklers to accommodate new wall and ceiling configuration. The sprinklers are utilizing flex drops.

[BLD16-03455] - The fire sprinkler system is used for high rise and for story increase. Permit is to remodel an existing 8,990 sq. ft. office tenant space on the 10th floor of a high-rise building. Work is to include: removal of select interior nonbearing NXTWALL demountable partitions, installation of interior nonbearing NXTWALL demountable partitions to create (20) offices, (4) open office areas, (4) conference rooms, a storage/processing room, a reception/waiting area, a copy room, an IT room and a break room, new door/door frames, millwork, new sinks at the processing and break rooms, new light fixtures, plumbing work, electrical work and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2012 IBC. The access floor system and the suspended ceilings were installed under permit BLD05-02939. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
