Fire sprinkler system was never modified to accommodate new walls that were installed. Two sprinkler heads are within 4" of wall, need to plug two heads, then cut in two mechanical T's to to relocate heads on the 2nd floor. Need to add two sprinkler heads, one in the restroom and one in the office.

There does not seem to be an associated building permit at this time.
