[SARMC Behavioral Health Remodel] - Quick Permit
As currently installed, there are 49 head that are Reliable model G-4A concealed (quick response) pendent sprinkler heads in patients rooms, music room, kids day room, and isolation rooms. We will be changing these to Reliable model XL institutional (quick response) chrome pendent sprinkler heads.

[BLD16-01797] - Permit to remodel existing 360 sq. ft. of office space within a 21,315 sq. ft. building. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: removal of select interior nonbearing wall, removal of select millwork, remove and replace exterior windows, construction of select new interior nonbearing walls to create (2) offices and a copy room, new millwork at copy room, new suspended acoustic ceiling, relocate existing light fixtures, electrical work, mechanical work and interior finishes to be in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2012 IBC. Note: 1 hour rated corridor to be maintained. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
