[BLD16-01464] - Permit is to expand an existing 3,811 sq. ft. tenant space into the adjacent 2,839 sq. ft. existing tenant space creating a new 6,650 sq. ft. tenant space. Approval per approved plans on file. Work to include: removal of select interior nonbearing walls, removal of select interior doors and door frames, construction of select interior non-bearing wall and wall opening infill to create a new vestibule and an expanded lab area, relocated doors, millwork, new select suspended acoustic ceiling, relocate existing lighting, and interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2012 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
