Demo of existing office area in northwest corner of building approximately 45' x 100'. Work is to cap two 3" mains, demo team to remove remaining piping.
The entire mezzaine is being removed. The overhead protection will remain in place to protect the warehouse. Contract will verify all areas are protected.
