[BLD16-02807] - Permit is to remodel 9,837 sq. ft. within the 1st floor of an existing three story building. This permit is approved contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: removal of select door/door frames, removal of select interior nonbearing walls, removal of select acoustic ceiling, construction of select interior non-bearing walls to create (2) conference rooms, (2) small meeting room and (1) office, new office cubicle workstations, select new suspended acoustic ceiling, relocation of light fixtures, electric work, mechanical work and interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2012 IBC. This building is fully fire sprinklered any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
