[BLD16-02973] - This building is fire sprinklered because it is a high-rise. Permit is to remodel existing 607 sq. ft. tenant space on the 1st floor of an existing high-rise building. This permit is approved contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: removal of select interior nonbearing walls, removal of door/door frames, removal of select acoustic ceiling, construction of select interior non-bearing walls to create (2) bike storage areas and a lobby area, new interior storefront windows and doors, new select fire retardant treated plywood backing, new millwork at existing storage room, select new suspended acoustic ceiling, electrical work and interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2012 IBC. This building is fully fire sprinklered any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
