[BLD16-03635] - Permit is to remodel an existing 2,947 sq. ft. by combining the adjacent 3,700 sq. ft. space to create a total of 6,647 sq. ft. office tenant space. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work includes: removal of select interior non-load bearing tenant demising wall, removal of interior nonbearing walls at offices, electrical work and interior finishes to be in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2012 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
