[BLD16-03662] - NO OCCUPANCY ALLOWED UNDER THIS PERMIT. TENANT SHALL APPLY FOR CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY PRIOR TO OCCUPYING THE SPACE. Permit is to remodel an existing 12,039 sq. ft. tenant space by dividing it into two separate tenant spaces, this vacant tenant space is to be 2,194 sq. ft. and the remaining 9,845 sq. ft. is to be an occupied tenant space created under BLD16-03661. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: removal of select interior nonbearing walls, removal of select exterior storefront window and wall under window, removal of select door/door frame, removal of select millwork, removal of select acoustic ceiling, removal of select light fixtures, construction of select interior nonbearing wall to demise tenant spaces, to create a new conference room, a break room and (2) accessible restrooms to the disabled, new exterior entry storefront door, new select door/door frames, millwork, new select acoustic and gypsum ceilings, new select light fixtures, select relocated light fixtures, electrical work, plumbing work, mechanical work and interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2012 IBC.
