Relocate/replace with new and add new pendent sprinklers to accommodate the remodeled lobby. Replace the existing flat chrome plate escutcheons on the existing heads in the bathrooms and hallways. The bathroom and hallway heads are remaining exactly as installed.

[BLD16-03684] - This building is fire sprinklered because it is a high-rise. Permit is to remodel an existing 3,363 sq. ft. vacant space on the 9th floor of an existing high-rise building. This permit is approved contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: removal of select interior nonbearing walls within the tenant space floor area, construction of select interior non-bearing walls to create a demising wall, huddle room, a studio area, an open office space, a conference room, a break room, an office and a reception area, select new door/door frames, select new millwork, select new acoustic ceiling, new light fixtures, electrical work, plumbing work, mechanical work and interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2012 IBC.
