This TI is on the 9th floor of the US Bank. Relocate existing pendent sprinklers and replace with uprights to accommodate the ceiling being removed. Also relocate existing pendent sprinklers and replace with new pendent sprinklers to accommodate the new wall and ceiling layout.

[BLD16-03684] - This building is fire sprinklered because it is a high-rise. Permit is to remodel an existing 3,363 sq. ft. vacant space on the 9th floor of an existing high-rise building. This permit is approved contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: removal of select interior nonbearing walls within the tenant space floor area, construction of select interior non-bearing walls to create a demising wall, huddle room, a studio area, an open office space, a conference room, a break room, an office and a reception area, select new door/door frames, select new millwork, select new acoustic ceiling, new light fixtures, electrical work, plumbing work, mechanical work and interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2012 IBC.
