The underground is under permit FIR16-00780

[BLD16-02649] – Permit for the construction of a new 8,028 sq. ft., two story building including 420 sq. ft. of common entry area and covered patios. The building is comprised of 4, 951, sq. ft. type B units on the first story and 4, 951 sq. ft. units on the second story with each unit accessed through a common entry area. The building is to be constructed per the approved plans and the attached engineering. The building is fully fire sprinklered with a NFPA 13R system for R occupancies. CDM

The city approved plans for the rerouted underground supply piping have been provided but they do not match the actual installation. Revised plans showing the actual placement of pipe need to be provided to plan review. Second floor piping is still not tented yet.

A rough to cover inspection passed for the building but piping can not be covered until a tenting inspection has been performed and the underground supply piping reroute has been approved.
