The fire sprinkler scope of work consists of two level an eight-unit apartment building protected per NFPA 13R. The top floor uses a loop layout and the bottom floor uses a tree layout. All piping except the riser is CPVC. The sprinklers are residential type.

The underground piping is under permit FIR16-00690

[BLD16-01849] – To construct a new 9,770 square foot, two story, wood framed, eight unit apartment building and related site improvements. First Floor: 5,070 sq. ft., Second Floor: 4700 sq. ft.
