[BLD16-04342] - (Alscott Grove St. Office Bldg) Permit is to remodel an existing 8,919 sq. ft. business office space on the first floor within a two story building. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: new interior non-bearing walls to create (5) offices, new door/door frames, select new acoustic suspended ceiling, relocate existing light fixtures, electrical work and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2012 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
