The fire sprinkler scope of work consists of adding, plugging and relocating sprinklers to accommodate new wall and ceiling configuration. The sprinklers are on flexheads.

Contractor’s Note:
The building permit has not been issued at this time. The building department may determine that changes are required to the building plans in order to meet code. The changes may affect the sprinkler system. The sprinkler contractor will be obligated to make all necessary changes that may be required. Therefore, if the sprinkler contractor chooses to proceed without an issued building permit, they will do so on their own cognizance. This note does not constitute an early start agreement.

[BLD17-00129] – Permit is to remodel an existing 56,160 sq. ft. tenant space. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: removal of select CMU walls for new exterior window openings, remove and replace select exterior door/door frame, removal of select interior nonbearing wall for new door opening, construction of select interior nonbearing walls to create an equipment room, a storage room, a conference room, (5) offices, an open office area, and a waiting area, new doo/door frames, new exterior canopy, new millwork, new suspended acoustic ceiling, new light fixtures, plumbing work, electrical work, mechanical work and interior finishes to be in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2012 IBC. Note: special inspection is required see form #310. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
