[BLD17-00007] - The fire sprinkler system is used to meet high-rise provisions. To divide an existing 4,600 square foot tenant space into two tenant spaces (3,146 square feet and 1,425 square feet). A separate permit is required to establish a Certificate of Occupancy for the 1,425 square foot tenant space. To convert a 3,146 square foot tenant space to a retail sales use. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, an interior ramp, interior doors, suspended ceiling grid system, and finishes. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 and the fire alarm system is required to comply with NFPA 72 as regulated by the Fire Department. Separate fire sprinkler permits and fire alarm permits shall be obtained prior to beginning any modification or installation work on such systems.
