The fire sprinkler scope of work consists of part of the subfab area. The system is designed as a 4”x4”x 1 ½” grid with a looped primary main. The sprinklers are center in the intersections of the waffle ceiling. The system is designed based on OH II for 3000 ft² per IFC for Semiconductor H5. Extensive under duct protection is being provided.

Contractor’s Note:
The building permit has not been issued at this time. The building department may determine that changes are required to the building plans in order to meet code. The changes may affect the sprinkler system. The sprinkler contractor will be obligated to make all necessary changes that may be required. Therefore, if the sprinkler contractor chooses to proceed without an issued building permit, they will do so on their own cognizance. This note does not constitute an early start agreement.

[BLD16-03440] - For the construction of a new one story building with a basement for a fabrication and R&D facility to include related site work. The building includes a 149,327 sq. ft. basement, a 164,022 sq. ft. first story and a 33,638 sq. ft. equipment platform. This building is fully fire sprinklered and alarmed for H occupancy. CDM
