[BLD17-00169] - Permit is to remodel an existing 2,357 sq. ft. office tenant space. Note: one-hour rated corridor walls to be maintained. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: removal of select interior nonbearing walls, removal of select millwork, construction of new interior non-bearing walls to create a conference room, a closet and a smaller reception room, select new door/door frames, select new millwork at existing breakroom, relocating existing light fixtures, electrical work, mechanical work and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2012 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered. This building is fully fire sprinklered for a story increase. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
