Cooking operations that create grease laded vapors are not allowed. Site work includes reconfiguring the existing swimming pool enclosure fence and gates, reconfiguring the accessible parking spaces and the curb ramps and sidewalks that serve them, creating a passenger loading zone, providing an accessible route from the public way to the main entrance, constructing a new trash enclosure, and removing an existing outdoor concrete spa and fence and providing new landscaping. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the structural design, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 and the fire alarm system is required to comply with NFPA 72 as regulated by the Fire Department. A separate fire sprinkler permit and a separate fire alarm permit shall be obtained prior to beginning any modification or installation work on such system. **CJW**
